Bon Appetit has been incredibly supportive of the farm from our first proposal to their continued use of our produce this semester. Bon Appetit Management Company is commited to provide "Food services for a sustainable future," and individuals at Hamilton take this philosophy above and beyond company policy. Each year we stive to work closely with chefs at Bon Appetit to align our production with their needs. Weekly meetings enable a great communication and help streamline delivery and labeling of our produce.
Highlights of this past summer include over 500 lbs of cucumbers pickled with dill from the herb garden and gallons of pesto made from our basil and garlic.
