There he was responsible for assessing new small cap equity opportunities as well as working with the portfolio managers, arranging portfolios to perform well given current and future economic trends. He is currently an Economics and Art History double major, and serves as a student representative on the Student Assembly Funding Committee.

Ben Alpert has worked as Chief I.T.. Administrator for Advantage Electronics, Inc., responsible for maintaining and expanding the IT infrastructure of a growing electronics vendor. As Assistant Chief Program Designer for Applied Process Technologies, he designed, developed, and implemented features in the company's core process design software. In the summer of 2006, he interned as an analyst at the Ramat Negev Fund and Megiddo Fund in Tel Aviv. He is currently a World Politics major.
