The Special Events Coordinator plans and programs diverse non-musical events based on the preference of the student body, holds committee meetings, arranges room reservations, publicity, hospitality, and security for each event, keeps committee spending within budget, maintains artist / performer / agency files, oversees all committee events, aids in distribution of event marketing materials, assists with coordination of all CAB events, attends CACC meetings, maintains a periodic dialogue with the campus community, meets regularly with the Assistant Director of Student Activities, and attends weekly CAB meetings.
