The Office manager distributes agendas during CAB meetings, records and distributes meeting minutes, records and updates contact list for all CAB members, maintains files in the CAB office, organizes and tracks CAB finances, meets regularly with the Assistant Director of Student Activities, holds office hours, assists with coordination of all CAB events, aids in distribution of event marketing materials, manages and organizes CAB e-mail account, and attends weekly CAB meetings.
